"Business Get Personal: A critical analysis of Chick-fil-A’s Same-Sex Marriage Controversy" was submitted to the Arthur W. Page Society case study competition in 2014. I analyzed the effect a CEO or public figure’s opinion could have on a company and the techniques a company could employ to lessen any negative outcomes.

 

Although I did not place, this research project opened my eyes to the importance of research in strategic planning and especially in crisis management.

“FedEx’s ‘Panda-moniun’ Takes Flight Campaign Analysis” is a case study on FedEx’s highly successful public relations campaign called Panda Express in 2010. We dissected the whole campaign from start to finish, critiqued the communications techniques and identified future opportunities.
